Uraga is a area in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. A number of small farmholders deliver their coffee cherry to the Uraga washing station, by weight, where it is sorted and graded, making up coffee collectively known as Uraga. This coffee is from their GRADE 1 washed lot. Its tasting like citrus, apricot and brown sugar, with distinct florals.
This is what we term the "ESPRESSO ROAST", although it is suitable for all brew methods. Best black, but still happening in the milk. Brew it any which way and we're sure you'll be satisfied.
