Finca Luna is 4.2ha in size, with 2.8ha for coffee. The coffee production area was formerly the family home, before it was demolished by a bomb. Finca Luna honours the family name, and Samuel Luna, the producer, has a bit of a reputation for the quality Pacamara gown here.
Samuel plans to improve plant health, plant more Pacamara, and improve his processing infrastructure. His main motivation is to access better prices and to know that his farm is a source of employment for the locals. He sees the pursuit of quality and developing long term partnerships with roasters as a way to do this.
