Calahute is a farm owned by the Anzueto family who are now third generation coffee farmers. It is within the Huehuetenango Region of Guatemala, near the Mexican border. Headed up by Alfonso Anzueto, the family grows a number of varietals on Calahute, and this lot includes Caturra, Catuai and Tekisik. 
You will find chocolate fudge, caramel and distinct purple grape in the cup. This is the espresso roast, suitable for all brew methods. Best black but is super sweet in the milk!
