Anibal Baca purchased the land for his coffee farm and planted his first trees in 2015. He named the farm La Fortaleza, which means "strength" in english. La Fortaleza is located in Santa Barbara, Honduras. This lot is completely pacas varietal, which is a natural mutation from the bourbon varietal. It is grown at 1650masl and the processing method is fully washed with dry fermation. It is super clean and sweet in the cup, with a complex acidity profile. Expect red berries, melon, tropical fruit and milk chocolate. It is super juicy and delicious! We are stoked to be featuring this lot from Anibal's farm.
